In the history of football the new rules is been addressed. This new rule will be practiced from June 2016. This rules will not be applied in COPA America and Euro cup because it is been made before passing it to the competitors.

There was no rules to give the tie braker penalty pass but now in the penalty of the game the pass is not allowed. Some time ago Barcelona player Messi gave pass to his team mate Luis during penalty. But now yellow card will be given to the player who will pass the ball and opponent team will get the chance to free kick. Similarly if the goal keeper comes ahead the front line than he will give the yellow card as well.

Until now only the red card was given to the player after the game starts but now you can give the red card before the start of the game as well. If someone gets the red card due to their behavior than the another player of the bench can play the game. Getting the red card before the game you don’t need to have 10 players in the team.

There was a rule to take the player out of the court when they are wounded but now the treatment can be done inside the court within 20 seconds.

Until now while starting the game you need to take the ball front but now in new rule ball can be done side or back pass.

Till now team of free kick player stands infront of goal keeper and anyone can hit the goal instead of missing the free kick but according to new rule those team cannot stand infront of goal keeper.

Even in old rule there is the way to throw. But we don’t find referee taking any reaction when the player does the wrong throw. But now they should give them sign.

When the shoe gets off while playing the player can play the game in bare foot.
